Shop Policies
Tattoo Appointments:
- All tattoo appointments require a nonrefundable $100 deposit that is applied to the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time to keep your deposit. Upon rescheduling, a date must be chosen. We will not reschedule more than one time for a deposit. If you need to reschedule a second time, a new $100 deposit is required, and you forfeit your original $100 deposit.
Minors:
- Art Machine Productions will not tattoo any persons under the age of 18. No exceptions. Not even with parental permission. Don’t even ask.
Artwork:
- At Art Machine Productions, we pride ourselves on our custom tattoo designs. While reference to other tattoos is accepted for gathering ideas, we respect the art of other tattoo artists and will not replicate another tattoo artist’s work. If you are interested in an idea, or a part of a tattoo someone else has previously done, your artist will work with you to customize it to be original to you and you only.
Uncooperative Clients
- If at any time during the tattoo procedure a client becomes unruly, rude, threatening, or uncooperative to the Artist or Studio, our artists and Art Machine Productions reserve the right to stop the procedure and refuse the client further service. The client will be responsible for paying for the cost of the amount of work done up until that point, and the artist, Art Machine Productions, or any of our other artists may refuse to finish the piece in the future.
